What to Expect:

 

Sessions typically last about 60–90 minutes and take place in a calm, comfortable setting. Clients remain fully clothed while resting on a treatment table as gentle hands-on or above-the-body Reiki work is offered.

 

In some cases, sessions may begin with a few minutes of gentle somatic movement or breath awareness to help the body settle and prepare for deeper relaxation.
