Most people find that the tennis lessons that they've had only take them so far. The instructions don't always feel natural in their body, so they overthink on the court. Instead of moving freely, they feel restricted - sometimes even dealing with pain or injury - and never quite find that sense of freedom, ease, and flow when they play.

I teach clean, intelligent technique - stuff that actually works with your body, not against it - and combine it with helping you stay relaxed and centered while you play.

The Story Behind Somatic Tennis

Years ago, a serious back issue became the unexpected catalyst that liberated me — and eventually gave rise to Somatic Tennis. What began as injury and fear evolved into a deeper understanding of movement, breath, and the nervous system. I discovered that tennis doesn’t have to be forced to be powerful — it can be organized, felt, and allowed.
